My limited company, Sarah Barclay Medical
Negligence Law Ltd, provides legal services to Price Slater
Gawne Solicitors, and we have almost twenty five years' experience in
the clinical negligence industry. We operate Nationwide, providing clients with
professional legal advice on any issue involving medical
negligence.
Unlike many other law firms specialising in
clinical negligence, we do not always encourage clients to
pursue claims for compensation. Sometimes legal action is
inappropriate, unnecessary or counterproductive. we only ever aim
to achieve the most suitable results for our clients, whose
interests are of paramount importance to us.
Approaching
cases with compassion, sensitivity and professionalism, we guide

Sarah Barclay
Sarah qualified in 1996 and has been a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel since 2001. She has done nothing but medical negligence since 1993.
Sarah’s continuing aims with Price Slater Gawne are to provide a specialist, but personal service to those injured by medical mistakes in a setting that’s flexible and family friendly.
Sarah's particular areas of specialism are birth injuries and surgical claims.
Trudy Buck
Trudy has been working alongiside Sarah since 2006 and before that has worked in litigation since 1988. She is very experienced and has handled a wide range of medical negligence cases over the years.
Trudy is the first port of call for all new enquiries and will obtain all relevant details and provide initial advice as to the way forward. Trudy also works with clients on the NHS complaints process.
